We collect only the personal information you voluntarily provide to us such as your Booster Club membership form, or that is given to us though online sales. “Personal information” may include your name, shipping and/or mailing address (if goods are to be mailed or delivered to your home), home telephone number, and email address. For purchases made through our secure online connection with Stripe™, this information is provided to us as part of your transaction (credit card account numbers and security codes are not transmitted to us by Stripe. Online Purchases Using Stripe
We use Stripe for the purpose of accepting secure online payments such as annual membership dues, monetary donations, spiritwear, or mulch sales made using a major credit card.
On all purchases made through Stripe, only the buyer’s name, address, phone number, shipping details (if applicable), description of purchase and amount of payment are provided to us. Credit card account numbers and security codes are not transmitted to us by Stripe. See Stripe’s privacy statements for more information.
How You Can Control the Use of Your Personal Information
There are known methods that spammers can use to hide their identity by using other people’s email address to send unsolicited emails. If you have any question about the authenticity of an email you receive that appears to be from The Justice High School Ath;etic Booster Club, contact us at treasurer@hallofjustice.com and do not furnish personal information such as your social security number or credit card number in response to the email in question.
